    Registration & Entry Policy

    • Government & Policy Makers attendance at the IoT West Africa Networking Dinner is strictly by organiser approval and official email invitation only. Submission of this form does not constitute confirmed access.
    • This form serves solely as an expression of interest to attend the networking dinner. All registrations are subject to review, approval and capacity limitations. Only confirmed guests will receive official entry confirmation from the organiser. Please ensure that the contact number and email address provided are accurate and active, as all invitations and attendance confirmations will be communicated through these details.
    • OEMs & Solution Providers fall under the paid attendance category. Approved participants from this sector will be required to pay a conference & networking dinner access fee of USD 650 per person. In order to attend the conference only (not inclusive of the networking dinner) the access fee is USD 400.
    • A 10% discounted rate is applicable for verified ADCA (Africa Data Centres Association) members.
